Tech education & livelihoods

From tech training to real jobs — for youth who never had the chance.

We give young people in under-served Nigerian communities access to tech education, one-on-one mentorship, and a real path into employment, internships, freelancing, or their own ventures. We don't build the courses — the good ones already exist online. We build the bridge from finishing one to earning from it.

How it works

Four steps from enrolment to income

We concentrate our energy on the one hard thing: making sure training actually leads somewhere.

1
Enrol into a Cohort
Young people from under-served communities join an intake together and are on the register from their first day — which is what makes everything after this traceable to a person rather than a total.
2
Train, with a Mentor
Beneficiaries learn through established online courses, guided week to week by a dedicated mentor — we don't build the courses, we make sure they finish them.
3
Get Essential Support
Donor funding covers what training alone can't: stipends, equipment, rent, power, and internet at the community centre.
4
Move into Real Work
We track every beneficiary through to a real outcome — a job, an internship, freelance income, or a venture of their own.
